I have purchased 4 Camrys and 1 Corolla Cross from Findlay. I don't think I can honestly go anywhere else to buy a car or for service. Yes, when you take your car to dealership for service you have to pay dealership prices for repairs which is way higher than going to an authorized mechanic shop, but you will not get the same friendly service or the luxury of not having to wait on location for your car. My experience has been wonderful. I text my service advisor Richard Castillo and he is always responsive and gets me right in. He’s very communicative from start to finish, always providing A+ plus service.
Best service in town by far. I can text message my service agent and he always takes care of me. Love the good communication. There are very few big businesses that understand the value of a personal relationship with the customer anymore. This is one of the few!

Had to take my 4Runner once again for service, and Phil Crabtree my advisor was professional, courteous as always. prices were fair for dealership, I just wished they could bring back the courtesy carwash, especially after you dish out a bit of $ for your car. its nice to tie it down when you pick up your ride and seeing it clean!
