Ethan is an awesome service advisor who tells me what I really need to accomplish regarding service and not pushing other services that can wait until further down the road.
The dealership was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The service was on time and completed within the expected time. Service person stayed in touch and took his time going over what had been done and overall condition of things. He explained service needs that may come up in the next year.

Was sent to Jeep dealership for repairs. I was sold extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Brought it in for knocking in engine and oil leak. Dealership who did repair told me that the part that was leaking should have been covered and was denied by Findlay Toyota. The knocking was covered and repaired.
