I worked with Rich Grzeda for about 4 hours and this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to make sure we loved our new car and that we were happy with our purchase. Pulled in . Got taken care of right away. Was kept updated on what service needed done and picked up my car in a few hours.
Way too busy for my taste, two hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is too long. Especially when you’re waiting. I mean the free coffee helps but it’s not everything.
