"Happy Camper" Your service tech was able to adjust my non-working hood latch, thus saving me the expense of replacing it as I had anticipated would be the case. Also, the oil change and overall vehicle inspection gives me the confidence to embark on another drive in Baja California. "service reception and reps" Brad is awesome but other guys sitting at service need to smile, welcome clients, be courteous and more friendly. I suggest a seminar based on basic principles of Dale Carnegie classic book How to Win Friends and Influence People. When I enter the service area where service writers sit smiles and happy faces would make a huge improvement on the impression your customers get of the dealership. Nick Calucci is an example like Brad of courtesy etiquette charisma of top notch customer service.
"Friendly and excellent service" We researched vehicles upfront online on their user-friendly website which even allowed us to calculate exact pricing for the vehicle we selected. We took the printout of the vehicle and pricing to the dealership and Joey, our sales associate, made the vehicle available to us for a test drive. "That was easy!" Capistrano Volkswagen has the best service department we have ever seen. For that very reason, we have purchased our last three Jettas there. Arlen Mack was friendly, extremely helpful, and very accommodating to my schedule, and the service took less than one-half the time I had expected. Stepping back into my freshly washed car reminded me why I will always return here for service.
"Smoothest buying experience ever" Worked with Curtis and the team. Agreed on OOD price by mail and the only thing that's left when I arrived was basically a handshake. That is experience you looking for when you know what you trying to buy. Curtis was courteous and knowledgeable, no up selling. Super fast trade-in experience with very reasonable price.
