"Neededto replace a damaged tire" As usual, Brad Johnson, my Service Advisor, was extremely professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with him. Service was performed to my full satisfaction. A nice touch is the video of the work performed on my Passat and a recommendation to replace the battery in the near future.
"Professional, courteous and honest" While I had an appointment, I did have to wait a little longer than expected for an oil change. Nonetheless, it was worth the wait. Fred and the team were very friendly and professional. They were pushy and made suggestions where necessary. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back.

"Just Another Flawless Visit" I had to bring in my Jetta for a routine service and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by Mr. Johnson who guided me through what the service would entail, how long it would take, and gave me reminders about future check ups my car may need. Everyone there was extremely kind, patient with me, and wanting to provide a good service even if I was there for just an hour and a half.
