"Absolutely fantastic service." Our sales person, Connie Carroll, made buying a new car fun again. She was very attentive, listened carefully to the model for which we were looking, and helped us find the exact car for which we were looking. No high pressure sales techniques were ever applied. I would definitely refer my friends to Connie and Capistrano Volkswagen if they were in the market for a Volkswagen. This was an absolute wonderful buying experience. It felt like we were dealing with family.
