"Excellent Experience at a car dealership........yep" After driving all of the Japanese models in this class, and visiting their respective dealerships, we almost stopped our car search because of hidden costs, horrible service, and quite frankly, much less appealing products, etc. Based on a recommendation, we visited Capo VW and left with a 2017 Tiguan. "Capo VW makes it easy! " After a handful of difficult and ugly experiences at a Ford dealership in Rancho Santa Margarita I was ready for the change. Capistrano VW made purchasing a new Tiguan about as easy as possible. Although they did not have the Tiguan on the lot I was looking for Buddy called 15+ dealerships to find the right car. "Rene makes the VW shine" All staff in dealership are excellent, professional and kind. Rene Alberti is the best of the best, though. In all dealerships that I have been so far and leased or bought cars, from East coast to west and from Mercedes to VW, Rene is the MOST honest, professional, very considerate and amazingly hard worker for the client. He is a real jewel and valuable asset for VW and our society.

"He helped me to buy it quickly" Ali is young guy, but already very good at his job. He was just i like seller to be. "Mike made it happen!" My experience with Capo over the last 18 years or so has been excellent. When I was looking for a Golf GTI lease last fall and I had a specific set of requirements that I was not willing to compromise on, Mike did not try to aggressively steer me to whatever car was on the lot but was quietly looking to find the exact car that I was looking for.
