"Great service from start to finish" They set my appointment, called to confirm day of. I had to tow the car in earlier than I thought and they still had a loaner car ready to go for me. They had everything done on time car washed ready to go. If you want a nice easy honest place to take your car this is it.

"Passat TDI vs. Ford Fusion Hybrid" In my search for a new vehicle I was torn between a Ford Fusion Hybrid and the Passat TDI. What ultimately swayed my decision was the professional customer service I received at CAPO Volkswagon and Mike Stieber, in particular. "They didn't have to but they did..." I've leased two cars from Capistrano VW in the last 3 yeaars and the service has always been great and the experience was always positive. (Fred Evans was my first sales consultant and was great.) I recently purchased a new car that wasn't a VW and found myself with a leased vehicle to return with lots of mileage over the limit. "Wonderful Experience" Capistrano VW is really top of the line when it comes to car dealerships. The folks at Capistrano VW have a laid back approach and are extremely friendly and genuine. "Great Service!" Capo VW had excellent customer service! They were upfront about everything, but made the experience fun and exciting. They were attentive to our needs and most importantly, LISTENED. They gave us multiple options and it felt like they were really trying to help us out. Additionally, they called our house to see how I liked the car so far and sent a follow-up email which was great. Really excellent customer service.
