"Second Time" The second time was just like my first lease three years ago....a great experience because you all care. And you make it happen as smoothly as you can. This is definitely a customer oriented dealership. The best I have found so far and that's been a long time! The car drives very smoothly too.
"Excellent customer service by Curtis Kelly" Mr. Kelly was able to put me into the performance package GTI I wanted and made the deal transparent and hassle free. All communication was done in advance, and he had all the paperwork ready when I arrived at the dealership. Even the final trip to finish with the finance person was pleasant, which hasn't been the case with other dealer experiences in my past.
"Wonderful Experience " I had an excellent experience working with Steve at Capistrano Volkswagen! Prior to purchasing my new 2015 Beetle, Steve sent me a video showing me the original Beetle I wanted. Upon my arrival he was courteous and knowledgable. I actually test drove 2 different Beetles and selected the second one. There was no pressure to purchase and the process of trading my Nissan was simple. It was definitely worth the drive from San Bernardino!

"Best Car buying Experience!!!" I been searching for a car, a car that I would love to drive and that kind of vehicle is Volkswagen.
