"Amazing experience" This is by far the best experience easing a car. I called the dealership and Steven quoted us a low and very reasonable price right off the bat and we didn't have to waste hours haggling back and forth. He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. "So Easy!" Buddy and Nick went above and beyond helping our daughter get into her first car. Nick was instrumental in working with Volkswagon Credit and getting her approved for the recent Graduate incentives and financing...Go BEARS! We will definitely be using them again when the lease is up! There were NO hard sell tactics and pushy add ons. If you want competitive pricing and excellent customer service, then buy from these guys....they're the BEST!
"Great Used Vehicle Purchase Experience." Steven Skinner helped us with a 2014 Jetta 2.0L S I had inquired about via the website and was quick to respond. I let him know we were coming from 1 1/2 hours away and that I wanted to sort out as many of the purchase details as possible before driving down and he quickly enabled me to submit a credit application and get us started. "Honest " We were in search of a third family car for our 16 year old son to use. We had reached out to several dealerships just looking for the right car and the right price without hassling or hidden prices. We ran across hidden prices at other dealerships but not here! "Lease return " My lease was up on my Beetle and I was hoping to start another on a new Jetta. I scheduled an appointment with Mike, who was just as helpful on the phone as he was in person. "Best dealership in SoCal" This was the 4th VW I have purchased and the 3rd that my husband has. We're fairly new to the area and went to a few dealerships and had a few bad experiences before landing ourselves at Capo VW. "Friendly, Thorough, Quick" Came to Capo VW to check out a car I saw listed on their online used inventory. I had called prior to going in and Buddy pulled the cars I was interested in up to the front so they would be ready when I got there. He was incredibly thorough, personable, and funny. "Go see ALI GOLJI" Took my mom in to see Ali a couple of months ago for her to test drive cars for the first time in 15 years. If you can imagine that's pretty intimidating for anyone.
