"Very pleasant time" Had a very pleasant and relax time at this dealer. No pressure to buy Steve was a great person to deal with. The showroom is really nice also.

"Great overall shopping experience!" I have leased two different cars with Capistrano Volkswagen within the past 6 months. (Golf GTI and eGolf). Both experiences went really well! I shopped around at several other VW dealerships in Southern California and none of them were able to give me the price that I got here. As for customer service, Buddy and Nick were very helpful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend these guys to others and feel that it is very likely that I will return for future purchases.

"Best sales experience" I have purchased close to 30 vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience. Steve helped my son get the car he was looking for, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. At no point did we feel the discomfort that most of us dread when shopping for a car. "3rd VW since 1968" I love Capistrano Volkswagen. I just bought my 3rd beetle there. Steven our salesman was awesome to work with. The service department is great too.
"Excellent service! " I thought that buying a car for the first time was going to a day-long, difficult process. However, Mike made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was very polite and always honest about what deals were available and what type of financing would best benefit me. I cannot recommend this dealership and Mike enough to those interested in buying VW!
