"Cyrena, did a great job on keeping me informed on my cars..." Cyrena, did a great job on keeping me informed on my cars progress which turned out to have a very difficult to diagnose issue. She put me into a loaner car after the 1st week that the car was at the dealership when the original diagnoses did not solve the problem.
