Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. "As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a..." As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a clear understanding of what to expect. I used the waiting room, where everyone was wearing masks and separated, which made me feel comfortable. I was given an update on what else needed to be done, which I approved of. Eventually, the time came and my car was ready. No areas of complaint. Good job all around.

Great customer service, Fourouz was friendly,and knowledgeable about the CX-5 and did not pressure me with additional options. She provided great after sake support as well. The finance guy AJ was very pushy about buying extended warranty even after I declined a dozen times. Overall, I’m a happy customer.
