"My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in..." My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. "As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a..." As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a clear understanding of what to expect. I used the waiting room, where everyone was wearing masks and separated, which made me feel comfortable. I was given an update on what else needed to be done, which I approved of. Eventually, the time came and my car was ready. No areas of complaint. Good job all around.

"Wonderful buying experience here at CapoMazda. Great..." Wonderful buying experience here at CapoMazda. Great customer service, Fourouz was friendly,and knowledgeable about the CX-5 and did not pressure me with additional options. She provided great after sake support as well. The finance guy AJ was very pushy about buying extended warranty even after I declined a dozen times. Overall, I’m a happy customer.

"Staff was friendly, helpful, service was prompt with good..." Staff was friendly, helpful, service was prompt with good follow-up. Waiting area was comfortable and provided free coffee and soda though I did not use either.
