"I ordered a Turbocharger on 12/31/12,on 1/4/13 we hadn't seen anything or heard anything from them yet so I called and the customer service rep told me that he saw the order but it hadn't been processed for some reason and he would take care of it. On 1/10/13 we still hadn't seen it so I emailed them and asked for the tracking info. I recieved an email back on 1/11/13 with the tracking info and it wasn't even shipped until 1/10/13 and we finally saw it on 1/15/13. "Easy to find parts on the Web site. Fast delivery. Excellent packaging. Customer service is very friendly. Unfortunately, their exchange execution is incredibly bad. They will not exchange a part if they ship you the wrong part (mis-shipped) You can talk to them over the phone and they will make you believe that they will fix the problem. However, they will not call you back. Also, they would make you believe they will send you information to resolve the problem via e-mail. Then again... You will not hear back from them... ... read more

"Just to qualify this, I am very satisfied with Buy Auto Parts. Very resonable, great help on the phone when I purchased it. Fast delivery. I have a issue with manufactures. Chev and Delphi The new fuel pump was being installed in a Chev S10 If I knew I was also going to have to rewire the electrical connectors, I would have done something else. "I was asked to submit a review by buyautoparts so here it is. I will not use your site again and I've advised everyone in my email contacts not to. I ordered and received a set of replacement coils that I installed and found to be non operational. Due to the fact that these didn't work, I checked the site and found out that i could not return an installed part. "I called with a problem code for my 2006 Saturn Ion. I was given the wrong product for that code and installed a part that was not needed. I wasted 45 dollars on a part that was already fine on my vehicle. I emailed the company like it says do resolve the issue, however they still have not responded with a suitable answer. I was planning on using Buy Auto Parts because the products are cheap, however I won't be using them in the future."

"Received part promply but it didnt work...changed symptons...Took to dealer and they replaced same part. Talked to BuyAutoParts and they are giving me a credit for the full amount. Cant ask for more than that."

"I bought a fuel pump by phone on Tue 4Dec. Ryan the sales rep (who could talk English by the way) said it would be here in 2 days. Sure enough it was here as promised. The price was the best that I could find on the internet. I replaced the bad pump and the truck ran like a champ. I hope it last as long as the high priced one."
