"Buying a part and trying to get a replacement part was/is like pulling teeth! This is/was my very first experience buying parts from Buy Auto Parts. After spending $1,500 for the part, that turned out to be defective, it caused another $600 for parts and labor for the damage that the defective part caused! "Purchased ignition coils for 2000 Toyota Tundra. Within a couple of weeks, engine had a severe misfire. Had to take the truck in for diagnostics costing $135 for them to tell me that one of the ignition coils was bad. I understand that the warranty doesn't cover labor, but I would not have had this expense if they sent reliable parts. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was just transferred to voicemail. Update...new part arrived and it was the wrong one. Called back and demanded that the correct part be over-nighted. "
"Good price, fast service, no glitches at all. The search function in the interface it rather limited,however. I found that needed a filler neck hose to go with the fuel pump I got, and it was not possible to search for parts other than by category. Too bad, because I ended up getting one elsewhere..."
"Unbelievably bad customer service + cheap incorrect parts!!! I purchased a AC Compressor kit for my '99 Lincoln.
