"Well, on this particular purchase, I am disappointed. 1. I had to ask for CS help because my AC Dryer had no part numbers and was from a DP Motorhome not an automobile or a HD Truck. 2. The online catalog was not available to me to review specs so I had to rely on the knowledge of the CS rep. "Great shipping reponse, but i wish i could talk just as highly of the part that was purchashed as i did about ordering and the shipping response. This AC compressor was of bad quality which caused me to have more time with installing it. There was a threaded hole for the suction line that had striped threads.I had to rethread to next size bolt. The new o-rings that came with it wouldn't seal, so i had to install the OEM's o-rings back on. Then the compressor clutch wouldn't start after putting the freon charge in it. Found ... read more
"Cheap prices, but good luck getting a refund or replacement if the part breaks before the warranty expires. I previously had written a positive review, 8 months ago, but that was before the part broke. When I called them to get it replaced, I knew from the person's attitude that it was going to be difficult. He wanted to talk to my mechanic, so I asked my mechanic to call them. "I had a horrible experience with Buy Auto Parts. I ordered my part from the site using Paypal; the company received payment (according to my Paypal account) but did not send the parts. I called after a week, and the person on the phone had no idea what was wrong with my order. I informed them I understand mistakes happen, and I wanted to overnight the parts once they figured it out. "I used to work for this company, so you can BANK on what I'm about to tell you. Buying parts here is like shooting at a moving target in the dark. You never know what you are going to get or when you are going to get it or just how crappy it will be. If the price is better than most places, its because its a Chinese counterfeit. "Good Pricing, however, part did not ship when promised. Paid extera $30 for shipping and it is still not here, going to be at least three days late. Poor communication as I had to call them to find out that they sold the last one and it was now on backorder. My car is NOT RUNNING and I have had to rent a car waiting for this part. "I was sent the wrong part. Andrew in sales agreed it was listed wrong and he would issue a full refund including shipping and will send me a return shipping lable if I would leave them a positive feedback on ebay. I returned item as requested and had to call to remind them to send the the full refund as promised, when I did receive refund they had charged me shipping.
