"I purchased an accumulater/dryer. The shipping was quick but it was the wrong part. The wrong dryer was listed on the website, not our fault. I payed $45. I Payed for shipping back, received $37. Lost money on that deal. I purchased the dryer I needed locally for $29. Do the math. Bad deal, can not recommend this parts dealer. "

"The ball joints on the control arms I got went out in 250 miles. Both had about 1/16" of vertical play. It took 6 hours to change them out, and I didn't want to do it again, just to have the same thing happen. Buyautoparts did offer to replace with free shipping. But i'm going with a name brand ball joint. Buyautoparts offered $40 off the original purchase price. All in all, I'll be down over $300 to get them changed out, when it should have been a done deal. Good customer service, but very cheap product."

"Due to my invoice which stated "No Return Expected" I did not know what to make of it. Does that mean no returns are acceptable? I called in the order and I was not told anything about the return policy. Because of this I did not give a high rating. I would have wanted the rep to tell me something about this. Other than that I was satisfied. "

"Hello I have got a steering rack from you, and yestarday i got place in workshop to replace it. Then we discover that I have got wrong steering rack. The rack from you is for speed sensitive power steering, who i dont have. As i mailed you my steering have partnumber 211 460 1800 Can You kindly send me steering rack who will fit. "My experience was that of dishonesty and manipulation. Jay & Jim are totaly uncoopertive and unwilling to provide any kind of customer service. It is easy for them to hide behind their computor & telephone and refuse any communication. I am totaly dissatisfied with my experience and would not recomend doing business with these people. This company operates under many business names so they can hide from there problems and any negative feedback."

"My First order went ok on my other car 98 Infinity i30. However, I recently purchased 2 wheel hubs and lower control arms for my 2006 Monte Carlo SS. The hubs fit correctly but the control arms I had nothing but problems. I removed my old control arms and installed the new arms and immediately saw that there was a problem. "I ordered the part on 11/17/2011 and 20 minutes later I found out I didn't need that part after all. I called and spoke to a counter person and told them my situation and he said it would take 3 to 5 business days for a refund. Here it is 11/28/2011, I called and asked about my refund and the person on the phone had no knowledge of me ever cancelling the part.
