"I purchased a full set of (6) ignition coils for my 2006 Acura MDX in December 2012, the price was 50% of what I was seeing in my local automotive stores and I soon found out why. "I recently purchased an ac compressor for my 2002 Chrysler Voyager. I called and spoke with Abtin to get the actual correct part. He was courteous & helpful and we were on and off the phone in a short period of time. All though this review is a little premature because I have not received the part as of yet (just ordered 15 minutes ago), the review is accurate for the customer service and ease of order placement. "Beware!! I bought an a/c compressor for 1995 Mazda Millenia. Their website claimed that this store had new and rebuilt compressors for this car. The Repair shop in Austin had claimed that they were unable to find ANY new compressors for that car. I mentioned that buyautoparts.com claims they have new ones. My repair shop said they would install it if I brought in a new one. So that was the plan. "I wasted a week trying to find a decent price for a mass air flow sensor at local stores. Generally the quoted price was $243 plus a core charge. One guy said he could find one for $169 but after calling four warehouses he called to say none were in stock. I was dubious about ordering online until I found BuyAutoParts and found one for $95.00 with a 1 year warranty. Two days later I installed the part and my care drives like a charm. "Unfortunately the products they offer are not what they say. I bought an alternator, according to the advertisment it was tested and fully working. The part was damaged, it had a strong and disturbing sound. And the warranty? a complete lie. I didn´t receive anything. I lost alternator and money."
