"EDIT: I was called back by the company and I am now satisfied. They sent me a defective mass air flow sensor, so I had to buy one locally so my wife could drive her car, and now they refuse to accept a return on it because it's been "installed". The thing still looks brand new it just doesn't work. The only option is have is to ship the defective part back at MY cost and get a replacement. I have also come to find out that this part that I bought for $75 plus $15 shipping is the exact same part that is selling on eBay for $... read more

"Will never purchase from this vendor again. The part received was defective and when we called to see about returning the part we were told we couldn't get a refund. "BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company. They send out faulty parts, they don't send out products on time, they will try to screw you on refunds and they have the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life...and that includes dealing with notoriously bad companies like cable and phone companies. One of the managers even kept putting me on hold so he didn't have to hear me complain about them holding my money hostage. "These people sucked like a Dyson vacuum on steroids! Horrible does not even come close when it comes to describing there customer service or lack there of. I was treated with nothing but disrespect from the get go. I wish I had ordered the part from someone else. I would rather pay an extra $50.00 for the same part than deal with these liars and idiots!
