"This company is terrible! I ordered an O2 sensor that was allegedly "guaranteed" to fit my make, model, and year car. It took over a week to come in. When it finally came, I took my car in to the mechanic and left it there with the part. After they already pulled out my sensor and tried to replace it with the new one they found that the new sensor was wrong. "The telephone customer service was excellent. I spoke to Noel, and he made sure that I got the right part. I have a 2007 Mini Cooper S, which is a difficult car to buy parts for. This is the year that Mini decided to change from supercharger to turbocharger, which means that half of the parts are for one engine, and half are for the other. "I bought a new A/C compressor for my (bought when new) 2002 Subaru at 197,000 miles when the Subaru dealer diagnosed failure of the OEM compressor. The BuyAutoParts rep recommended new OEM rather than rebuilt for quality issues... and a new drier ($545). I agreed (seemed sensible). My Subaru tech put it in, with the new drier and recharged the system ($300). "Had clutch kit ordered for overnight delivery. Order placed on Thurs. should have arrived on Friday. Received call from seller stating order did not ship out and should be there for Sat. AM delivery. Waited...Saturday, nothing......Monday, nothing........Tues., nothing.......clutch finally arrived on Wednesday. Please remember that I paid $50 for overnight delivery. Called seller with no return call."

"the parts arrived to late and I had to be towed in on my way to new York I was told to day there would be 15% restocking charge I never opened box they never said there would be a restocking charge when I placed order please help me out as I am a senior and this will hurt I spent a fortune on towing and parts"

"Had to call in my order, could not make it work on line, spoke with your rep and told him I needed a different part that he said I did. He got my vehicle id and said he would sent to correct part. Got the part and looked at the old one, I was wrong the whole time and he did send the correct part. Thanks for the help, I would have gotten it wrong. Also saved me $146 on my total order based on brand x store."

"Don't buy parts from these jokers! Ordered 2 oxygen sensors. 1 looks right, the other is totally wrong. No labels whatsoever or part numbers on items, just thrown in a box. (no wonder shipping dude got it wrong). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON WEEKENDS! This should've been really simple, but no---A Total WASTE OF TIME!"

"I recently bought the shock absorber for Lexus gx470. The shocks I received is KYB brand instead of OEM Toyota. When I contacted for return, cs wants me to go buy from dealer to prove. What a hassle to get my hard earn money back. The shock wasn't cheap and I paid $800 to them. Still waiting for the shocks from dealer to arrive in order to get refund. "
