"I order a some ignition coils from this seller and paid for 2nd day air. I call them on the 2nd day and was told my order was on the truck to be delivered within the next hour. I ask the sale person how do you know because you never asked my name or invoice number? Guess what it was never shipped and the guy on the phone did not help any. "Overall I am happy with the parts and price of the kit. I did call and verify the kit was for my vehicle with front and REAR ac. I was disappointed the rear expansion valve was NOT included. It would be a nice touch to have a selection that would include all parts for that model. As it was, it cost me two extra days dealing with two different local stores to complete the job correctly. At 95-103 those were two miserable days."

"Received the part quickly. It was not the right part. Kept me on hold for 45 minutes just to get a return shipping label. I am not a happy customer. "Buyautoparts.com sold me an o2 sensor that they assured me was the OEM/Mopar part. Not only did they send me an aftermarket part (for over 420% what all of the other venders were charging), they sent the wrong part number for my vehicle (They sent me a Denso 234-4764 when the correct aftermarket Denso part number was 234-4746). I returned the part with an explanation, and I still had to dispute the charge through my cardholder to get the refund. Their "EasyReturns" Policy is totally fraudulent.
