"Ordered a steering rack and power steering pump for a 2002 Honda Accord. The rack was fine. The pump was defective. Had to get a new pump from the dealer because I could not wait for a replacement shipped. BAP was great! They sent me a shipping label and agreed to refund the cost of the pump. "

"I placed my order on August 4th and the item stated that it was "in stock" and would ship within 24 hours, and would be at my door the 8/8-8/10. I understand that it wasn't "in stock" in your warehouse so their would be a delay, but here it is another week and still no tracking number?!?! "Got the parts today. Everything looks fine. Very quick service and great price. The only thing that was not perfect was one of the plastic shipping protectors that covered a ball joint was broken. No damage to the ball joint however and I suspect the damage was caused by UPS and not Auto Parts. I will install these parts later this week. Thanks"
