"Purchased a fuel pump and it only worked for a week, paid to ship it back just to find out that I am unable to get a refund, only an exchange AFTER they get around to checking it in which I was told would take 5-7 business days! I can of course pay an $85 deposit and get one shipped out right away but why would anyone give in to this fiasco again? Not me- Never again!!! "Overall I am happy with the parts and price of the kit. I did call and verify the kit was for my vehicle with front and REAR ac. I was disappointed the rear expansion valve was NOT included. It would be a nice touch to have a selection that would include all parts for that model. As it was, it cost me two extra days dealing with two different local stores to complete the job correctly. At 95-103 those were two miserable days."

"Received the part quickly. It was not the right part. Kept me on hold for 45 minutes just to get a return shipping label. I am not a happy customer. Customer Service pleasant until you want to end your business with them. Then they are flat rude. Spoke with the manager, Bill, and he was very kind and empathetic. Took action and corrected the problem. Thanks to him."

"Buyautoparts.com sold me an o2 sensor that they assured me was the OEM/Mopar part. Not only did they send me an aftermarket part (for over 420% what all of the other venders were charging), they sent the wrong part number for my vehicle (They sent me a Denso 234-4764 when the correct aftermarket Denso part number was 234-4746). I returned the part with an explanation, and I still had to dispute the charge through my cardholder to get the refund. Their "EasyReturns" Policy is totally fraudulent. "I usually would not write a review for an ordinary transaction, but BuyAutoParts (I think the rep's name was Danny) was able to confirm for me that the part would fit our vehicle. This seems like a no-brainer but the fact that my mechanic received an a/c compressor from his supplier that did not fit made me appreciate that they spent the extra time to use the vehicle's VIN to confirm that it would fit properly. Having your a/c unit out in the south-east in Summer is not a fun experience... The buying process, etc... went ve... read more

"Steering rack bought from BuyAutoparts failed in 1,500 miles. Both initial part and replacement were not shipped on time despite promises of being in stock. Company is terrible at customer service. No return emails. Any call to supervisor ends up in voice mail without callback. Deposit never return, had to file dispute with credit card. Stay away. This appears to be a bunch of crooks. No other words to describe them. Stay away as far as you possibly can!"

"I ordered a turbocharger from Jonathan. He assured me several times that the part was made in Germany. I received the turbocharger and it is made in China."
