"It's tough working on a car out here in the sticks where I live. You need the part but it's a 3 hour trip to the nearest town and back. And probably they won't have what you need. But, man, Buy Auto Parts had what I needed at my house in two days, not the week or so most others take to ship something to me."

"I bought an air conditioner compressor for a 1991 Honda CR-X. The customer service rep was very helpful and the product was delivered on time. My mechanic installed it but the unit failed and started leaking freon the very next day. Customer service arranged to have a replacement unit shipped and delivered in 2 days, which arrived before noon. I'm happy with the customer service and am hopeful the replacement unit will not fail."

"REVIEW UPDATE: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered a fuel pump for my van. The company shipped it promply. The problem is: The company(UPS) that they have chose to use for shipping lost my package. Now Buy Auto Parts wants ME to PAY MORE,($110) to have another part shipped (BY THE SAME SHIPPING METHOD)! My wife and I live 65 miles from major medical facilities and are now without a dependable vehicle. "My experience with Buy Auto Parts is something that has restored my faith in we as consumers. I purchased a fuel pump for my 2000 GMC Sonoma 4.3L from Buy Auto Parts for $154.00. "On April 29, 2011 I was surfing the net for a replacement turbocharger for my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel pickup. The repair shop quoted me a price of $1,782 for an OEM replacement. I found an OEM at Buy Auto Parts for $995, along with an aftermarket unit for $625 and a remanufactured for $525. "I ordered a manual steering box for a Mopar off e-bay. I was shipped a power steering box. The cost to ship the box back to california was $92 Canadian, I was only refunded $92 US. When I finally recieved the steering box the box was not as smooth in operation as I expected a rebuilt box to be. It should loosen and smooth out a little in use."

"I ordered an oxygen sensor for my 2004 Honda Accord. The web site claimed it was OEM. It was a cheap imitation without shielded and braided cable and clamps. My mechanic ordered the real thing and it didn’t look anything like the one I got from Buy Auto Parts. I shipped it back. Customer service did not acknowledge the web site had misleading information. They refused to give me refund for shipping it back. They only partially refunded the part. The customer service spent 20 minutes finding the information on my order. Wait... read more
