Received part, had a friend come over to install it only to find that the wiring harness did not fit. So I checked other web sites and they sell it with the wiring harness. "After waiting a week for my part to arrive they sent the wrong item.Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that makes me want or not to do business with again and the failed. I asked if the could correct there mistake by sending out next day or 2 day being I lost a week already with this mess up.Not only did they say they could not do that but then tried to charge me more than the part was listed on there own website. "I ordered a power steering pump for a 2000 VW Passat. The pump I received is a new build and looks almost exactly like the OEM pump. When I went to install there were issues with the suction hose connecting. Long story short, after getting a new suction hose the pump fit perfectly. When replacing the pump replace the suction hose especially if it is older. "Purchased a OEM radiator for my Infiniti EX35. I paid $46 for the next day shipping expecting it will arrive the next day. Since I purchased the OEM part, it will take another extra day since it needs to be shipped from the manufacture to Buy Auto Parts. I called Buy Auto Parts telling them I was concern about this and cannot wait till Monday for my part to arrive.
