Can’t give a review if my package is missing
I ordered a ac kit for my car. And said that the kit was in stock. But they only sent me parts of the kit. And told me nothing until I called them.
Never received order no info called twice no help canceling the order
Not good based on 3 days and get incorrect part
It was awful. Had to purchase correct part and this should not have happened

DO NOT BUY FROM BUY AUTO PARTS! I purchased a power steering pump for my mini cooper. I received it and it was not like pictures, completely covered in paint. Fine I can get over that, put it in my car and absolutely nothing happened! It smelled very burnt and was smoking! They made me pay a $330 fee as a deposit for them sending me a bad part! The refund process is way too long. The AC compressor was the incorrect part. I entered my vin number and they still sent the wrong part twice. This process stated 6/13/23. It is now 7/13 and I still don’t have my refund. I won’t be buying anything else.
