New one had different wires than the old one. Sent it back for refund.
Twice was told a part was in stock and both times it was not and money was returned after a delayed time. Now that part is listed in stock the price is now 85.00 more then original price

Purchased a rack & pinion that I paid my local Chevy dealer to install. That rack was SEIZED to the point where the dealer couldn't even get my car out of their service bay!!! They sent a 2nd rack & pinion that binds when the fluid warms up. Refuses any responsibility for labor on TWO CONSECUTIVE DEFECTIVE PARTS. When confronted, offers to refund money on the part. I placed an order for a part that I really needed and ordered it because the website showed it in stock. After placing the order I was contacted by the seller informing me that there was an issue getting the part and that they had to cancel my order. Very frustrating and disappointing.
So your email on dec 28th was in my spam folder and I just found it. No follow up email in a week? I sure did get 2 emails a day trying to get me to buy more crap!! Why didn't YOU call ME? I'm sure I gave my phone number(808)6361732. What the hell man?
Orderd through Amazon.com. AC compressor kit didn't have clutch. Ad said it would . Called seller and was told ad was incorrect. Sold me a different part number kit and it was complete. About two dollars more. I will purchase from them again. Got full refund, they paid for shipping both ways. Refund took nine days but that was over the Christmas holidays. Really happy!
on 11/04/2021 I placed my order for 2 day delivery it is now 11/07/2021 and tracking says my part will not be here till 11/09/2021 very upset to believe your process
