Nice at first. I inquired about where my part was. I was given the cold shoulder and a reply was never given. DISAPPOINTED AND STILL WAITING.☹️
I am waiting for the email to inform me of estimated date of delivery/tracking number. It's been 5 days since I paid.
Items in stock on website and shipping in 2-3 days are not being shipped and held in limbo without any notification that the item is out of stock. Then BAP does not want give you a refund and only store credit for the amount, technically holding your money hostage without delivering the product. Worst business ever, will contact BBB, consumer groups and attorney general to report this business malpractice. Customer service of no help, managers unavailable and not calling back.
Ordered and added 2-Day shipping and the unit price increased from 198.00 for 2 up to 211.00. Not good.
In an attempt to purchase through eBay I was lied to about shipping twice. I was lied to about the fact that my item was on its way and it was still at the builder. I was lied to when I was told that I could get a coupon for $20 off $150 and when I selected it was $10 off $100. Buyautoparts.com has a problem with telling the truth.
Their shipping was great, but the representation of what was shown was way different then what arrived. There was something on the add about a general representation, but most of it was covered up by a flag with a discount amount on it. Lets get back to the problem at hand, General representation allows for bolt pattern differences and size. Cannot provide review item has not arrived as per date that was stated. Should have arrived on May 3rd,2022 we will see when it gets here.
Many issues creating an account. System error. Delayed time. Also did not get 20.00 discount as advertised upon sign up. Instead received an email for $10 off. When implemented the code it showed deduction. However it didnt process after transaction. I am having hopes that my actual order will not reflect what has taken place thus far
I ordered a rack and pinion for my truck and it clearly stated there were several units in stock and they would ship right away. Several days pass and I hear NOTHING, so I send an email and I get a reply that they will look into it, then another email saying they are out of stock and they cancelled my order. So I email him back and ask them not to cancel it, but then another reply sorry it too late.
