Shipping and Billing always an issue.
If you're looking for expedited shipping good luck. Their site defaults to regular ground after you submit your order and charges taxes without telling you stating its for CA residents only but then there's a hidden list when you talk to customer service. Also a long process to register for tax exemption. Promised a call back twice with no return.

Signed up to save money upon checkout. When checking out it never gave me the option to type in discount code. Paid full price unfortunately.
The website would not me place my order. If I didn’t need it then I would have found another source
Never seen a checkout process quite like this sites & not very happy with the way the 2 day select shipping method changed in the end to ground shipping for the same price & the rest of the rates tripled for the same methods offered in the beginning. I hope my mind is changed after it is shipped & received.
