Ordered it on Oct 16 and haven't heard a thing on a $580 dollar purchase.
Navigation **** the website is bogus
They advertise same day shipment. They say I'll be notified when it ships. Four days later, nothing but shipment can't be tracked. Nothing but lies so far.
Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam.
The total I was given was $141.50 and I see I was billed $167 and the $25 coupon wasn't applied.
Within 24 hours I was contacted by email with the information that there was a problem with my order and I needed to call in. The email included a phone number. I called and sat on that line for almost an hour before the call dropped. So, I emailed the company back. Turns out, BuyAutoParts outsources their mailing, and their customer service. Told me next day shipping was free and shows me a 70$ order. Then after I pay it’s then $40+ for next… never buying from you again.
Customer service was no help.
