Took 3 times for me to process payment through PayPal or regular debit/credit card. And now showing 3 transactions on my bank statements processing for the same amount.
The parts software is easy to use. I also like that BUYAUTOPARTS gave me a discount that covered the taxes. I particularly liked the 2 year warranty. I had just previously purchased a similar kit from PartsGeek via ebay with an advertised 1 year warranty. They gave me the run-around and finally provided an Rma where I shipped the kit on my own dime (approx. $59). Looking for a power steering box for my 1980 Camaro Z28

Easy search and found the exact part I was looking for. However your customer service rep had no idea what I was talking about and even though I was looking at the part that had 10 in stock as I was chatting with the customer service rep. They stated that you don’t carry that part and disconnected the chat without another word. I put it in my cart and still purchased the part.

Power steering pump($230.00) is faulty, making noise even louder than my original, despite proper install and bleeding air procedure. Paint fell off/failed within a few days and appears to have been sprayed on with cheap spray can enamel. The fluid tank cap is not OEM and of a different size than original...the 'fill line gauge stick' is much shorter. .obvious problems there.
