Deliver date has been pushed back twice since purchase.
Ordered a kit and was told twice it would arrive by a certain time. I could have gotten the part locally for a little more and had it installed by the time I called to see why it wasn't delivered as promised. The guy I visited with on the phone hung up on me before I was finished with the dilemma. Had to make other arrangements for installing the part, and due to the lateness before going on vacation, the cost was much more. Transaction was frustrating and time consuming! Took 3 days to verify order was shipped and get tracking number! Lack of knowledge from some staff about the process and a delay in completing all aspects of the order!
I was sent two discount codes, seemed to work when I just had the AC compressor in my cart but when I added the expansion device, which was only $25, the codes did not work
They delivered overnight and it was the wrong part
Bought an A/C compressor for a Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L and the compressor I received didn’t contain the proper connections.
Fast shipping however rack and pinion came damaged. Cracked in 2 places. Poor packaging. First time purchasing from this website. Very disappointing. Will return.
Do free shipping. You’ll still get it in a week. I think we’re being scammed. They offered next day air for a pump I ordered. I paid $54, no problem. Got an email the next day that asked if I was ok with the order being delayed. It would e another week before it could be delivered. Called them asked for a refund on the next day shipping.
