I purchased two turbos for my Ford F-150 (SO-0501964). The driver's side turbo started making noise so I took my truck to my automotive shop and called ButAutoParts to have them send out a replacement Turbo since it was within their 12-month warranty (SO-0688356). When the mechanic replaced the turbo he let me know when the turbo failed it threw metal throughout my engine. He also let me know the passenger's side Turbo was failing also. I wanted to talk to a sells person to order this heavy part - 1978 ford F150 power steering box . Try 3 times and told to leave a message ! So by it saying part for the pickup up above and pictures - I took a change and ordered on line . Not got put on hold either . You must have only one person working or on break today .
