On July 6, 2020 I placed an order for $41.34 with them via Ebay for a 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 New A/C Liquid Line w/Orifice Tube. As I live in San Diego and this company is located here in San Diego, I was surprised it still took them 3 days to get the product to me. Notwithstanding this, the product they sent was for a 1994-1997 Dodge RAM 2500. It of course DID NOT fit. Had to re-enter whole order after there was a technical error
I placed an order on a Monday and the product said "ships tomorrow, Tuesday." Tuesday comes with no shipping confirmation, then Wednesday. I chat with Jayson on the live chat and he says the order is still processing. Thursday and Friday then come, still no shipping confirmation. I call and speak to someone and he says "oh I'm sorry but that product is sold out and it looks like you're not the only one waiting for it." I can find the part number on web site but the sales reps can seem to locate the part I am looking for - i ended up having to provide them the part numbers and the chat process was super slow - not sure it the agent was even looking at the chat most of the time
tried to chat and Sergio came on and then never answered my question and after abut 20 min the chat ended.
Ordered for the first time from this company. I have not received my product yet but when I do I will follow up with a review.
I've been trying to find the correct evaporator for my Volvo without paying dealer prices. The pictures always look correct but what I recieve is nothing like the pictures. I hope this company delivers what is pictured.
