UPS delivered the box. It looked like it came through a war zone. The box had been opened and taped back up with nothing but the wrapping paper inside. No part or anything but the wrapping paper inside the box. To say the least I was blowen away. Please pick a better shipping company. UPS employee's nothing but people who steal.
THEY SHIPPED ME ONE OF FOUR ITEMS AND IT WAS CONFIRMED BUT WANTED US TO STILL PAY BLAMING THE FACTORY. BE CAREFUL FOLKS. ITEM BY FEDEX WAS 8.9 POUNDS THEY AGREED. SO IF I BOUGHT 4 ITEMS IT WOULD BE 35.6 LBS RIGHT? YEAH NOT ACCORIDING TO THEM! TOTAL COST OF ITEMS MISSING $2000 THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR

Ordered new driveshaft on the 25 and it’s the 2nd and still no tracking info or anything. Talked to their service rep and all I get is to have patience. I should at least have a tracking number from when they shipped it but they have not even done that.

ABC Auto Parts #2 Dwayne Wardlaw ***-***-**** Online order # 154610953 did not ship. Ordered Monday 10/23/23 at 4:23 pm central time. I was trying to get a tracking number and it said I had no orders . I called Thursday after noon and my order never processed. It was just sitting in the computer. So now my customer is not happy and has to wait another 3 days .

I purchased an AC compressor kit and it was a bad one already locked up so they sent me another one and another week and I'm halfway put back together and discover it has the wrong plug so I want a full refund they're not open yet and I would never ever buy from them again I've been without my car for way too long
