I was sent two discount codes, seemed to work when I just had the AC compressor in my cart but when I added the expansion device, which was only $25, the codes did not work
They delivered overnight and it was the wrong part
Bought an A/C compressor for a Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L and the compressor I received didn’t contain the proper connections.
Fast shipping however rack and pinion came damaged. Cracked in 2 places. Poor packaging. First time purchasing from this website. Very disappointing. Will return.
Do free shipping. You’ll still get it in a week. I think we’re being scammed. They offered next day air for a pump I ordered. I paid $54, no problem. Got an email the next day that asked if I was ok with the order being delayed. It would e another week before it could be delivered. Called them asked for a refund on the next day shipping. Have not received part and now showing invalid tracking number??
Nice at first. I inquired about where my part was. I was given the cold shoulder and a reply was never given. DISAPPOINTED AND STILL WAITING.☹️
I am waiting for the email to inform me of estimated date of delivery/tracking number. It's been 5 days since I paid.
Items in stock on website and shipping in 2-3 days are not being shipped and held in limbo without any notification that the item is out of stock. Then BAP does not want give you a refund and only store credit for the amount, technically holding your money hostage without delivering the product. Worst business ever, will contact BBB, consumer groups and attorney general to report this business malpractice. Customer service of no help, managers unavailable and not calling back.
