Complaint Description: I purchased a set of four shock absorbers for my 2011 GMC Terrain from BuyAutoParts. Upon delivery, I paid a professional mechanic $200 to install them. Immediately following installation, the vehicle was completely undriveable; the suspension was totally locked up and stiff, presenting a major safety hazard. Next day delivery was LATE. TOOK 48 HOURS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. I PAID FOR 24 HOURS.
Absolutely no communication as to where my order is. No update, no tracking number, nothing.
Bought a replacement electric power steering rack for my 2014 335i. Part shipped out same day (Monday) and was received that Wednesday. Perfect... Until I noticed the part was damaged. I called BAP and they pinned it on UPS since the box showed signs of damage in transit. I arranged to have a SECOND rack sent. I paid to overnight this one. Haven’t received my order. Did not give me a tracking number and no more emails. No good
Ordered on a Tuesday with next day shipping, which is $56 !!! I received my parts the following Monday. They will not answer my calls or emails!!!! So what it looks like , they check there orders once a week. The money wasn’t taken out of my account on Wednesday the 5/27/26 received parts on 6/1/26 with next day shipping sad .
I didn’t receive any confirmation when I placed the order. It was supposed to be delivered year or the shipping estimator and it hasn’t been delivered and I’ve sent multiple messages asking where order is and haven’t received any response. Terrible
One day shipping costs $32 extra. It says it won't ship for four days.
