Signed up to save money upon checkout. When checking out it never gave me the option to type in discount code. Paid full price unfortunately.

Never seen a checkout process quite like this sites & not very happy with the way the 2 day select shipping method changed in the end to ground shipping for the same price & the rest of the rates tripled for the same methods offered in the beginning. I hope my mind is changed after it is shipped & received.

A week after having my card charged and I don’t even have a tracking number I call and I’m told it’s being processed
Never received a confirmation email that the part I was ordering was in stock. Long wait times on phone calls. Live chat unavailable during the order process.
There should be a link to the product from the shopping cart. To go back to the product I had to redo the whole search again.
Dealer wanted 1100 for oem plus 400 install. No way
called twice and waited on hold for 10 minutes each time.
