customer Went to this dealer with a friend, who is on a fixed income, to help him buy a car. They had the car he was looking for, but it had damage on the passengers side. We sat down with the salesman and sales manager to discuss the damage and price. They offered the car for $27k. We left without purchase. They are spamming me and I've never even been here Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air does not do email verification before spamming the email of an innocent bystander with appointment notices, reminders and requests for comments and reviews. They also don't seem to respond to requests that they stop spamming the innocent bystander by implementing said email verification to prevent this. They are bad internet citizens. Buy a car somewhere else that cares.

Waste of time CONSISTENTLY wait 2 hours for my oil changes with no apologies for the long wait, communication when I come in with my vehicle that they are running behind...nothing. Hands down some of the worst customer service. I’ve sat and waited on my car while other customers have had their keys lost by the technicians, had techs break things on vehicles, owned up to giving bad advice or ordering wrong parts...if it wasn’t for my lifetime engine warranty I would never come back here.

Bought a car, had an issue that they would not We had a great experience buying our Chevy Equinox. However when we got home we realized there was a nail in the tire. You could tell the nail had been in there for a while. We called BobBell right away to report the nail and was told to bring it in, which we did. have to pay for certified preowned Vehicles financing docs didn’t reflect the advertised price of the certified preowned vehicle. I was told By financing Mgr that I had to pay for the ‘certified’ that that’s why the advertised price of vehicle was not on financing paperwork. So beware

Beware Service writer rude because made online appt at 3pm to check for noise. Recommended unnecessary work and prices were way overpriced for service. Advise to always get 2nd estimate from another shop when dealing with them.

Poor Service- Will NOT Return Katie is a terrible advisor. The service center overcharges and does shoddy work on actual repairs. I paid $325 for a daylight replacement and new wiper blades. They ran a diagnostic on my car after I already told them what needed to be repaired and charged $130 for it but never did the repair. I will never go back.
Would not recommend Poor service, not sure they did what was required. Only go back for recall,and not happy with having to do that. Not a good experience
New front tires They. Got my parts and installed them in the time I need my car to go out of state And they finished the job before I finished my coffee,
