have to pay for certified preowned Vehicles financing docs didn’t reflect the advertised price of the certified preowned vehicle. I was told By financing Mgr that I had to pay for the ‘certified’ that that’s why the advertised price of vehicle was not on financing paperwork. So beware

Beware Service writer rude because made online appt at 3pm to check for noise. Recommended unnecessary work and prices were way overpriced for service. Advise to always get 2nd estimate from another shop when dealing with them.

Poor Service- Will NOT Return Katie is a terrible advisor. The service center overcharges and does shoddy work on actual repairs. I paid $325 for a daylight replacement and new wiper blades. They ran a diagnostic on my car after I already told them what needed to be repaired and charged $130 for it but never did the repair. I will never go back.
Would not recommend Poor service, not sure they did what was required. Only go back for recall,and not happy with having to do that. Not a good experience
New front tires They. Got my parts and installed them in the time I need my car to go out of state And they finished the job before I finished my coffee,

Poor Service from the Service department My review only relates to the service department. Sales department was fantastic. I brought my 1 year old 20k mile tahoe in for an oil change and told the service writer that it is excessively burning fuel. Without asking any further questions or even opening the door of the vehicle he tried to sell me a fuel system maintenance. I asked if it was recommended by scheduled maintenance. Engine Light on 2 year old Traverse I took my 2 year old Traverse to this dealership to find out what was causing my engine light to be on. Of course the car was 1400 miles out of bumper to bumper but the powertrain covers the engine so that is why I took it to the dealership. Big mistake. I was told my engine misfire was not covered (although it was not electrical) and had to pay $455 for a fuel injection clean "to start"--no guarantee that was the actual fix. No follow-up after the sale. Don't return calls Bob Bell could be a great dealership. Promises made during sale of vehicle were never kept. Lesson learned. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ON THE SALES CONTRACT. EVERYTHING! When you call them about promises made, they do not call you back. Once they get their money, forget it, they could care less about you. Everybody loves my Terrain. Not so happy once I tell them how Bob Bell is. Names involved are Ken Ehrhardt, Eric Miller and Kyle in Finance.

Bob Bell Chevorlet- Bel Air The replace a valve cover gasket under warranty on my 2012 Chevy Cruze. 2 Days later, the gasket became defective causing the oil to leak out of my car and the turbo system to blow out. GM became involved and neither Bob Bell nor GM would cover the turbo. "We do not pay for subsequent damage' was the answer I got and had to pay $750 to cover their warranty work. They have lost 20 years of business from a loyal customer.
