What a missed opportunity. What a missed opportunity. The salesperson I worked with, Clarence, was phenomenal. Very helpful, friendly, not pushy, and relentlessly positive. The used car manager, Jason, could not have been more different. After my test drive, I presented a CarMax value for my trade-in. Unsurprisingly, the manager returned with a much lower offer, (despite having the VIN, he managed to downgrade the trade value by putting in lower specs (2wd, instead of 4wd, etc). I was there nearly 5 and a half hours for an oil change. I was there nearly 5 and a half hours for an oil change. Never coming back, I will have my car serviced somewhere else from now on.
Begged my son to not buy on marketplace. Begged my son to not buy on marketplace. Talked him into a dealership to get a “better” chance at a good vehicle. Had the truck 60 days. Oil drained completely out. Needs 15 hours of labor. The only offer of info from this dealership was “you didn’t purchase an extended warranty”. AND IF I WANTED PROBLEMS I WOULD’VE SAVED MONEY ON MARKETPLACE. Way to stand behind your sale of JUNK!
