Terrible service. Terrible service. Was told knocking in motor was normal after 50000 miles of no knocking. $100000 piece of junk. Would not even properly diagnose. Went off a bulletin to claim normal operation. Did not even listen to my complaint to properly diagnose. Must take truck elsewhere with real mechanics.
DISHONEST! DISHONEST!!! BEWARE BOB BELL is shady! Particularly Jason Galloway the sales manager. They sold me a used car with a known defect and concealed it. I brought it back less than 20 miles later and explained the issue and they said it wasn’t a safety issue and they would not fix it. Service is horrible Service is the worst. I had appointment on April 7 for an oil change and have my air conditioner checked. Katie was my tech, oil change was done (which we have to pay for because when we purchased our car it was free oil changes but 2-3 after purchase we were told they weren’t included anymore because of the price of the car) I was told I needed a high pressure line Katie said she would check our warranty and get back with me.
