Terrible service. Terrible service. Was told knocking in motor was normal after 50000 miles of no knocking. $100000 piece of junk. Would not even properly diagnose. Went off a bulletin to claim normal operation. Did not even listen to my complaint to properly diagnose. Must take truck elsewhere with real mechanics.

DISHONEST! DISHONEST!!! BEWARE BOB BELL is shady! Particularly Jason Galloway the sales manager. They sold me a used car with a known defect and concealed it. I brought it back less than 20 miles later and explained the issue and they said it wasn’t a safety issue and they would not fix it. Unfortunately for me, it is only noticeable during a cold start, after the car has sat for many hours. When you start it up it makes a dreadful sound. Service is horrible Service is the worst. I had appointment on April 7 for an oil change and have my air conditioner checked. Katie was my tech, oil change was done (which we have to pay for because when we purchased our car it was free oil changes but 2-3 after purchase we were told they weren’t included anymore because of the price of the car) I was told I needed a high pressure line Katie said she would check our warranty and get back with me. Oily sales people, be ready to run Despite the sticker in the window saying they offer a 30 day warranty, they say that was just a mistake, and they really have no warranty. The finance guy in the back mentions more fees that the salesman somehow "forgot" to include in "the number" before I left my house. I'm shocked they remain in business.

Bait and switch Sent an email advising I was interested in a new truck. Since I was already shopping I knew of the varous incentives and rebates. So I advise I want the 0% finincing offer as well as other details that may or may not make me eligible for some of those rebates. Absolutely done with this dealership Sold a vehicle out from under me right before I picked up an check to go get the vehicle I was purchasing. Never notified me until I let the salesman know I got the check for the vehicle. Salesman then just wanted to side with the dealership from then on. Purchased 4 cars from them previously. NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible Service Oswaldo Gonzalez does not explain services to your vehicle properly. He falsely advertised a service to my vehicle stating it was under warranty when it was not. He did not disclose to me the price of this service until after it was done and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars. I will not be returning to bob bell for future services.

No one disrespects my coin Hmmmm it pains me to write this review. This dealership has dropped the ball for the final time. When my mom can't get basic service or a call back when there is an issue after you have just purchased your 4th or 5th vehicle from the same location and have my mom stressed about a vehicle that she just took off the lot a couple months ago.
