Run away from this Dealership Will never buy here again, and don't recommend anyone else. Directly from their website " We believe in market value pricing, all vehicle in inventory. We do not mark them up to mark them down." Those words are listed under all the cars online. So i bought a car yesterday, and asked can i purchase this for MSRP. I said im do not want to be paying dealer mark up. Im willing to MSPR. They said yes come on in. So they tell me MSRP, freight, and tax. Before you buy… Bob Bell Chevrolet of BelAir General Motors Chevrolet READ BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE OR TAKING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED!!! I bought a Chevy 2015 Equinox two years ago from Bob Bell. It started having engine issues last year (October 2021), I brought the vehicle in for service then. In March 2022 the engine failed, the vehicle was literally non operational. Labor charges are ridiculous Labor charges are absurd..charged $740 labor for 3 hours work to replace 2 front wheel bearings..can’t afford this on a fixed income..won’t go back too expensive

Poor customer service in sales I contacted dealership on 12/6 requesting to speak to sales manager was put thru to a sales consultant requested info on ordering a new c8 corvette was informed that market adj was 10k while 3 months ago it was only 5k this would have been a cash transaction my thought was trying to keep the business in Harford county vs going elsewhere it seems this location and staff has no caring for customer service or it’s willingness to sell a vehicle in these tough times..

DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS! I give you no stars but have to do at least one for this to post - the service I experienced there was absolutely awful. After purchasing several vehicles over the years from you & having our vehicle serviced only at your facility, you basically ruined it & your reputation. You put my family at risk with the neglect over the years of service. Your "multi-point safety inspection" is a sham & a joke. Avoid at all costs!! Honestly they deserve 0 stars. I called ahead to check availability on a car and request the car be ready for me to check out later that day. I was told that the car was in a satellite lot and the "sales manager" would not allow it to be fetched until I actually showed in person as they have a lot of no shows. Despite my misgivings I agreed and set a time for myself and daughter to meet at the dealership. Once we arrived we requested to see the vehicle. What a mess! What a mess! Bought a used car from Bob Bell Bel Air, had minor damage they promised to fix, tried to get an appointment it took two weeks to get a call back. Drop off car, we called and it sat there all day saying nothing was authorized to be fixed!! Give me a break. In the meantime on day two of ownership the car would not start. They would not pay for a tow back to dealership to see what is wrong. Found out they never tightened the wires to the battery they installed! Stay away. They want your cash and do not... read more

Car was returned filthy After service for FOB issue my C7 was returned to me filthy. Exterior was absolutely filthy. Shows lack of respect for customer. Car arrived at service center very clean but was returned absolutely dirty.
