Poor customer service in sales I contacted dealership on 12/6 requesting to speak to sales manager was put thru to a sales consultant requested info on ordering a new c8 corvette was informed that market adj was 10k while 3 months ago it was only 5k this would have been a cash transaction my thought was trying to keep the business in Harford county vs going elsewhere it seems this location and staff has no caring for customer service or it’s willingness to sell a vehicle in these tough times..
Do NOT give the dealership your business This dealership is garbage, do not do business with them, manager is very rude and they will lie and tell you everything to sell the car, once you buy they will treat you like xxxx

Avoid at all costs!! Honestly they deserve 0 stars. I called ahead to check availability on a car and request the car be ready for me to check out later that day. I was told that the car was in a satellite lot and the "sales manager" would not allow it to be fetched until I actually showed in person as they have a lot of no shows. What a mess! What a mess! Bought a used car from Bob Bell Bel Air, had minor damage they promised to fix, tried to get an appointment it took two weeks to get a call back. Drop off car, we called and it sat there all day saying nothing was authorized to be fixed!! Give me a break. In the meantime on day two of ownership the car would not start. Car was returned filthy After service for FOB issue my C7 was returned to me filthy. Exterior was absolutely filthy. Shows lack of respect for customer. Car arrived at service center very clean but was returned absolutely dirty.
They dont know what they are doing I bought a used car from them. First the good. My salesman Mike was great. He was a big help. Now the second good thing. Whoever cleaned the car did an amazing job. Now the bad. When I checked my oil level a week later the oil was overfilled, about 1.5 quarts. They changed the oil and never checked the fluid level. How hard is it to change/ check the oil. Uggh. So disappointed We bought a 2020 Silverado last year. Last month, with only 6,700 miles on it, the brakes and steering locked up and all kinds of warning lights came up. The truck had to be towed. Bob Bell had it for over a week and told us it was fixed. We picked it up on a Friday evening and had the same problem the next day. Being a weekend, they apparently couldn't do anything. Would not recommend Went in to purchase a used vehicle form Bob Bell last week. Had a check from my credit union in hand so I didn't expect to spend a lot of time with them. I mentioned that to the sales rep (Rob) , and indeed I spent about ninety minutes there. So that part went right. Here comes the good part though. My sense of smell is not very good.
