Car was returned filthy After service for FOB issue my C7 was returned to me filthy. Exterior was absolutely filthy. Shows lack of respect for customer. Car arrived at service center very clean but was returned absolutely dirty.
They dont know what they are doing I bought a used car from them. First the good. My salesman Mike was great. He was a big help. Now the second good thing. Whoever cleaned the car did an amazing job. Now the bad. When I checked my oil level a week later the oil was overfilled, about 1.5 quarts. They changed the oil and never checked the fluid level. How hard is it to change/ check the oil. Uggh. So disappointed We bought a 2020 Silverado last year. Last month, with only 6,700 miles on it, the brakes and steering locked up and all kinds of warning lights came up. The truck had to be towed. Bob Bell had it for over a week and told us it was fixed. We picked it up on a Friday evening and had the same problem the next day. Being a weekend, they apparently couldn't do anything. Would not recommend Went in to purchase a used vehicle form Bob Bell last week. Had a check from my credit union in hand so I didn't expect to spend a lot of time with them. I mentioned that to the sales rep (Rob) , and indeed I spent about ninety minutes there. So that part went right. Here comes the good part though. My sense of smell is not very good. Unreliable Vehicle and Service Department My 2020 vehicle, purchased new in May of 2020 has been towed twice because it wouldn't start. The service department had it for days the first time only to replace the battery and send it back. The second time, they decided the vehicle needs a battery tender to be able to maintain a charge - and that I should pay for this added device to keep my vehicle running. Awful customer service for a 4 vehicle customer The service girl hung up on my wife when we complained that they said they could not duplicate the noise when hitting a bump. I asked if I could go with them to show them and the answer was no. Every small bump I hit on the way home it rattled. Taking it to another dealer and they have lost any future business. The worst service I have ever experienced.
review i wish they wouldve told me saturdays are not full service... i could have come during the week. i still dont know if they checked my brakes. i just assume they are ok until i can go back to chevrolet.
Vehicle Warranty Bob Bell did the warranty work in a timely manner while I waited and I have no complaint against them but a new car with 9200 miles on it and less than 1 year old should not have a transaxle seal leak. GM should do a better job of quality control.
First oil change They changed oil and rotated tires. However the technician did not wipe oil off engine and exhaust and it had to burn off making for a bad smell. This is typical of all places that change oil. It wouldn’t take that much time to wipe off the oil.
