Terrible Manager The manger and assistant manager of this store are very unprofessional. Do not buy from here.

Warranty Support Fee was charged for evaluating warranty work which they later informed me they could not test (high beam sensor). Spent $128 for absolutely nothing. Don't expect them to support you on warranty issues, they will not.

Carol is the assistant manager and very unprofessi I took my new car in for service because of I heard a clunk noise under the car when I would make a left turn. Carol was unprofessional and told me she didn't know why I was so upset . Car still not repaired.

The worst place i have ever been I emailed this dealer many times to ask if the 2013 silverado was there .I told them i was driving a long distance .One of their salesman Rob emailed me back and said yes the truck was there .So we set up a time and day to look at the truck .This was friday evening .I was coming down sat morning .I drove for and hour and a half .Rob was busy with another customer .I waited and waited .So a half hour later i asked one of the other four salesman standing around where the truck was i would like ... read more

"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAITS" In all but one of my visits to Bob Bell, I have experienced very long wait times. I simply stop in for an oil change and it takes anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The service is slow and they say they perform a multi-point inspection, but you do not receive any paper work afterwards detailing what they looked at. Misleading advertisement I've seen the same car listed on multiple websites. The advertisements are very misleading. Mr. Mark Conrad list false information on his vehicles. They claim the car has "Bell Care" which includes a lifetime engine guarantee. He conveniently leave out that it only applies to new and certified vehicles!! Service appointment not honored I had an e-mail notice to schedule service, which I did and it was confirmed. I arrived before the appointment time and was told I would have a 2 1/2 hour wait, as service was a first come ,first serve basis and I should come back when it slowed down. This was the first service on a 2013 Malibu. Why have a scheule for appointments that is not honored? I have no interest in playing guessing games about simple car service.
