Service appointment not honored I had an e-mail notice to schedule service, which I did and it was confirmed. I arrived before the appointment time and was told I would have a 2 1/2 hour wait, as service was a first come ,first serve basis and I should come back when it slowed down. This was the first service on a 2013 Malibu. Why have a scheule for appointments that is not honored? I have no interest in playing guessing games about simple car service.
