Misleading advertisement I've seen the same car listed on multiple websites. The advertisements are very misleading. Mr. Mark Conrad list false information on his vehicles. They claim the car has "Bell Care" which includes a lifetime engine guarantee. He conveniently leave out that it only applies to new and certified vehicles!! Service appointment not honored I had an e-mail notice to schedule service, which I did and it was confirmed. I arrived before the appointment time and was told I would have a 2 1/2 hour wait, as service was a first come ,first serve basis and I should come back when it slowed down. This was the first service on a 2013 Malibu. Why have a scheule for appointments that is not honored? I have no interest in playing guessing games about simple car service.
