Very Bad Experience with Used Cars Here I purchased two used cars from this dealership. The second car was the worse. First, it was NOT thoroughly looked over BEFORE I purchased it, and it surprisingly passed inspection. Beware that only one, maybe two, mechanics are assigned to a used car problem or inspection. This mechanic surely glosses over problems and the pressure of management to get a car on the floor for a sale. Don't trust this dealership, and I will never go back.
Don’t recommend The sales manager is rude and because of him, I don’t recommend this dealership. I had an issue, he said he’d get back to me, he didn’t. Everyone is nice and courteous when you’re first there to buy a vehicle, but after the deal is made, the friendly customer service disappears. Don’t buy from Bob Bell.
Bad credit - Nice car We have been with Bob Bell for the past 11 years and have always had a good experience. This time I had bad credit and walked out with a 2017 Chevy Equinox with only 30k miles. Jones Junction sold my daughter a 1 year old vehicle with a broken transmission and non fixable electrical problems. They would not take the car back and I had to take up another loan to buy another car. Never again, it was a total nightmare. Terrible customer service Very disappointed in the customer service I have experienced at Bob Bell. Previously, they wrote down my phone number wrong when I took my car for an oil change and they swore they had been calling me for days, I asked them the number they were calling and it was not the right number. They have two separate numbers on file for me and instead of looking into it and finding the correct number, they just waited for me to call and ask if my car was ready. customer Went to this dealer with a friend, who is on a fixed income, to help him buy a car. They had the car he was looking for, but it had damage on the passengers side. We sat down with the salesman and sales manager to discuss the damage and price. They offered the car for $27k. We left without purchase. They are spamming me and I've never even been here Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air does not do email verification before spamming the email of an innocent bystander with appointment notices, reminders and requests for comments and reviews. They also don't seem to respond to requests that they stop spamming the innocent bystander by implementing said email verification to prevent this. They are bad internet citizens. Buy a car somewhere else that cares.
Waste of time CONSISTENTLY wait 2 hours for my oil changes with no apologies for the long wait, communication when I come in with my vehicle that they are running behind...nothing. Hands down some of the worst customer service. I’ve sat and waited on my car while other customers have had their keys lost by the technicians, had techs break things on vehicles, owned up to giving bad advice or ordering wrong parts...if it wasn’t for my lifetime engine warranty I would never come back here.
Bought a car, had an issue that they would not We had a great experience buying our Chevy Equinox. However when we got home we realized there was a nail in the tire. You could tell the nail had been in there for a while. We called BobBell right away to report the nail and was told to bring it in, which we did. have to pay for certified preowned Vehicles financing docs didn’t reflect the advertised price of the certified preowned vehicle. I was told By financing Mgr that I had to pay for the ‘certified’ that that’s why the advertised price of vehicle was not on financing paperwork. So beware
