Unreliable Vehicle and Service Department My 2020 vehicle, purchased new in May of 2020 has been towed twice because it wouldn't start. The service department had it for days the first time only to replace the battery and send it back. The second time, they decided the vehicle needs a battery tender to be able to maintain a charge - and that I should pay for this added device to keep my vehicle running. Awful customer service for a 4 vehicle customer The service girl hung up on my wife when we complained that they said they could not duplicate the noise when hitting a bump. I asked if I could go with them to show them and the answer was no. Every small bump I hit on the way home it rattled. Taking it to another dealer and they have lost any future business. The worst service I have ever experienced.
review i wish they wouldve told me saturdays are not full service... i could have come during the week. i still dont know if they checked my brakes. i just assume they are ok until i can go back to chevrolet.
Vehicle Warranty Bob Bell did the warranty work in a timely manner while I waited and I have no complaint against them but a new car with 9200 miles on it and less than 1 year old should not have a transaxle seal leak. GM should do a better job of quality control.

First oil change They changed oil and rotated tires. However the technician did not wipe oil off engine and exhaust and it had to burn off making for a bad smell. This is typical of all places that change oil. It wouldn’t take that much time to wipe off the oil.

Very Bad Experience with Used Cars Here I purchased two used cars from this dealership. The second car was the worse. First, it was NOT thoroughly looked over BEFORE I purchased it, and it surprisingly passed inspection. Beware that only one, maybe two, mechanics are assigned to a used car problem or inspection. This mechanic surely glosses over problems and the pressure of management to get a car on the floor for a sale. Don't trust this dealership, and I will never go back.

Don’t recommend The sales manager is rude and because of him, I don’t recommend this dealership. I had an issue, he said he’d get back to me, he didn’t. Everyone is nice and courteous when you’re first there to buy a vehicle, but after the deal is made, the friendly customer service disappears. Don’t buy from Bob Bell.

Bad credit - Nice car We have been with Bob Bell for the past 11 years and have always had a good experience. This time I had bad credit and walked out with a 2017 Chevy Equinox with only 30k miles. Jones Junction sold my daughter a 1 year old vehicle with a broken transmission and non fixable electrical problems. They would not take the car back and I had to take up another loan to buy another car. Never again, it was a total nightmare. Terrible customer service Very disappointed in the customer service I have experienced at Bob Bell. Previously, they wrote down my phone number wrong when I took my car for an oil change and they swore they had been calling me for days, I asked them the number they were calling and it was not the right number.
