Repair and Customer Service I was helped right away initially when I had a problem. We thought the problem was something that could wait a few days for a routine appointment. However when that turned out not to be the case, my technician, Ray Karl, had me drop off my vehicle right away and the issue was taken care of the next day. Great customer service.

Mostly Satisfied For the most part I have always had decent service from Bob Bell; however, the last time I had my oil changed I waited in the waiting room for two hours and 40 minutes then finally went to check on my car and was told that my car had been finished for a while and no one came in the waiting room to tell me.
