Just had my first oil change/service done on my 15 silverado,that I purchased from them. Everything went great,listened and honored certain requests I had and was in and out,in a timely manor. Only reason for not 5 stars was the initial greeting when first arriving was a bit frustrating. The greeter clearly was already overwhelmed with her job,all by 8:30 am and gave me 0 direction on what or where I needed to go..
