Acute responded immediately, on a weekend well after 10 pm. Thomas arrived the next morning, checked my system and provided me with a detail report on what was wrong. As soon as the part came in, a team arrived to my house and the AC was back to normal. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues with the unit, but if I do Thomas will be the only person I’ll call.

Not only was Acute HVACR able to schedule a diagnostic appointment within 24hours of my request, they were able to fix my problem the same day at a very affordable rate. Les arrived at the very top of the appointment window & had my AC running cold again within 30 minutes. 10/10 recommend! If I have anymore issues, I'm definitely calling Acute!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a HVAC company. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. My technician Les, was in and out in no time! We are beyond grateful to Thomas for coming to our rescue on such short notice. With a little one in the house and the AC going out in the heat of summer in the middle of the night, I was very concerned.
