AC Unit was constantly running and not cooling properly I was scheduled by a pleasant, friendly woman. Thomas arrived promptly and was also friendly and professional. He efficiently inspected the unit, diagnosed the issue, answered all my questions, and offered a solution. I needed refrigerant and some caps replaced on the input valves Great price and fare service!

My friend reached out to thumbtack when my air conditioner quit working and after I had received several quotes from other companies, we went with Acute. From the girl on the phone to the installer, everyone was helpful. They worked within my budget showed up on time and stayed on schedule and have followed up since. Highly recommend contacting before you contract someone else!!

Thomas saved the day! I got a diagnoses from another company that said the whole unit would need replacement for 4K! Yikes! So happy I had Thomas come do a re diagnoses! He was able to find and fix the unit within a short period of time. Go with Thomas, he is honest professional and will work with you!
