They installed new AC at my father’s house in the summer of 25. Now a year later the unit can’t run more than 3-4 days without freezing up. They have been here 4 times in the last month and a half and tomorrow will mark the 5th visit. Total joke. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Called Bryant last Saturday AM when our AC shut down Friday evening. They had a technician out that afternoon. Tech checked the system and quoted a replacement capacitor and evaporator fan. Tech strongly recommended replacing the entire system due to age - approximately 16 years vs spending $1500 plus on new capacitor and fan.
