This is the first time I have encountered a Technician's refusal to wear a mask.(I had explained why I needed him to wear a mask)..the Technician proceeded name off his aliments that had nothing to do with wearing a mask....he was rude and wanted to argue with me when I sprayed lysol, he refused to finish the job and said he was going to tell the office that I was refusing to pay. Do NOT use Bryant as your HVAC company. The service and support that I have received on the almost $15,000 system that I purchased last year has been horrible. In the last five weeks, "technicians" have been to my house at least seven times to try and fix a leak. Each time they came, they assured me that it was fixed, only to find that my AC would fail time and again. Most leaks were caused by the “technicians”. This is my 2nd review and it's not good either. We bought a BRAND NEW HEAT PUMP FROM BRYANT HEATING AND AIR and it ain't hasn't worked right ever. The first time I complained the manager called my husband well its in my name. Raye Merideth so if there are any questions this time please address them to me. Mrs. Merideth. We have had our unit for 2 years and today was the 4th time they have come to work on a brand new unit. Everytime it cost more to fix. I would not recommend this company to a dog house. Had a tech come out in 2021 near the end of the year to my home. My mother was there to let the tech in and he insisted that my system needed to be shut down and insisted I would need a new system, quoted prices also. Little did he know, my house is a rehab and everything is new, heating, hvac, plumbing, electrical, windows and roof. I decided to get a second opinion from another company who and never mentioned the first issues the Bryant tech mentioned. Got a new furnace installed by Bryant a little over 2 years ago. The installer installed incorrectly and filter wasn't doing it's job and was letting dirt up into the unit. That caused damage to the heat exchange in the unit and now they want to charge me $2400 to fix the problem that was created by their installer. I would never use Bryant Heating & Cooling ever again

Purchased a 3.5 ton Bryant July 2017 and every 3 to 8 months the air condition stops working. The company who sold it to me and installed it has replaced the TXV valve at least 9 times within the 4 years I have had it. They have also replaced the Evaporator Coil and Compressor 3 times or more. Bryant says to contact the distributor (AND Services) and the distributor says to file with Bryant. Totally mislead and lied to when a furnace inspection was performed.. The technician tried to scare us about potential carbon monoxide infiltration in our home from a "heavily rusted & advanced state of degradation" of our 8 year old heat exchanger, complete with pictures! The technician was probably wanting a nice commission, because he suggested a heat exchanger replacement with a labor charge of $1752.00.
