Thank you for your repeat business. We appreciate you sharing your positive review.
Don't always believe what you hear on TV. Had a unit put in 4 years ago. It was damaged during that massive snowstorm. Bryant was paid off for that unit but wouldn't help fix this unit. With how much was paid should have still been covered but it wasn't. They wanted the full amount again and it would have been used. Please don't believe everything you hear. Just about the money and not the people who have already invested in your company.
Business response:
We're sorry to hear that your unit suffered damage from the carport falling on it during the snowstorm. This is something your homeowner's insurance would cover, not the warranty on the unit itself. We did reach out and leave a message for you regarding this. If you have any questions, please give us a call back.
I purchased a Carrier heating/cooling unit in 2020. 10 year warranty. Bryant installed. Motor died. Bryant came and assessed. I was told that if another company performed the repair, it would VOID MY WARRANTY. What they did not say, was that it would VOID a Bryant warranty (for labor, which they say had expired). I could have had another company complete the Warranty work since my Warranty was through Carrier not Bryant. DAVID FOSTER, GM, was rude, lied about the above and the cost. He stated that there was NO charge. I aske... read more

We apologize you were not satisfied with the service you received. If you have a labor warranty and use another company, it could void that labor warranty, but the parts warranty is through Carrier and would not be voided. If there is anything we can do to earn your business back, please let us know.
Had our HVAC serviced June 2025. We were told 4 things needed done, which would only be considered band-aids and that we really needed a new unit. Cost: $15,000 or more. Item 1: Our refrigerant was low and we needed more. They were going to add this, without checking for leaks. They charged $200/lb. And we needed 1 to 2 pounds. Item 2: We needed a new compactor. Cost: $320. Item 3: The blower assembly needed taken apart and cleaned. Cost: $439. Item 4: the evaporator coil needed cleaned. Cost: $439. We had another company do... read more

Signed an agreement for a new HVAC and requested a specific payment date. That never happened. I schedule payments with the financing company they use, and the company never takes the payments, which makes me late. Then on top of a late fee and an interest charge, there's the regular bill. So at the fault of Bryant's salesman financing company, I'm screwed. I'm left to pay double bills essentially because they are scam artists.

We understand your frustration with the payment scheduling issues. We are not sure which account is yours. Please contact us at (270) 715-3013 so we can look up your information and try to assist you with this matter.
The most deceptive company I have ever dealt with! I let them convince me that my old heat pump needed to be replaced. They installed a new one about two and a half years ago but it continuously breaks down . It has been fixed more times than the old one. I have payed $500 and $600 electric bills every winter because it didn’t work right. Last summer the air quit. Last visit the they said reversing Valve was out. The unit is still under warranty but they want $1964.00 + for labor to fix it. I will never trust this company ag... read more

Came to clean my furnace and said he found a crack that had been repaired. He turned my furnace off and refused to turn it on saying it would make him liable. I told him that I would sign a paper releasing them. He refused. It freezing outside and I am afraid my pipes will burst. He told me if he didn’t turn it off he would call the fire department. I called his supervisor and he fused to help me. I told him that I called the fire department and they said that they do not get involved in things like that.He said that he has ... read more

After clearing out the cigarette butts and airing out the basement, I found a hole in my master bedroom wall that the apprentice (who I paid an extra 1,000 to have) drilled through the inside wall. 7 months later, someone comes out to repair the wall…after I followed up on a weekly basis…and put the “grounding rods” that destroyed my lawn mower in the ground. Three months after that I look outside and find the “box” is bent hanging off the side of the house. The apprentice used screws I wouldn’t trust to hang a 5 lb picture,... read more

Our 2 year old heat pump purchased from Bryant Heating & Cooling has had service problems of a failed blower motor and faulty wiring. After 1 1/2 years, the blower motor failed. This company wanted $700 for 45 minutes of labor not covered past the one year warranty. I felt this was very excessive. They discounted the labor to $400, which I accepted because it was the middle of summer heat and we had family staying with us. Then, the unit's wiring was not done correctly, so it blew a fuse and damaged our thermostat, which the... read more
