Purchased a 3.5 ton Bryant July 2017 and every 3 to 8 months the air condition stops working. The company who sold it to me and installed it has replaced the TXV valve at least 9 times within the 4 years I have had it. They have also replaced the Evaporator Coil and Compressor 3 times or more. Bryant says to contact the distributor (AND Services) and the distributor says to file with Bryant. Totally mislead and lied to when a furnace inspection was performed.. The technician tried to scare us about potential carbon monoxide infiltration in our home from a "heavily rusted & advanced state of degradation" of our 8 year old heat exchanger, complete with pictures! The technician was probably wanting a nice commission, because he suggested a heat exchanger replacement with a labor charge of $1752.00. After being told my furnace was going to be shut off, I got a furnace from bryant heating and cooling. I had at least 4 calls with them and had them come out. 3 out of the 4 people that came out called the furnace installed garbage. I tried to work with bryant but once again I felt their prices were higher than any other company. I am paying for the garbage they installed. I tried to get them to buy it back but they won't. Now it's sitting in my garage as I refuse to work with bryant heating and cooling and longer. They just... read more
