We were experiencing a power outage at 3:00 am and lost power to our furnace during 17 degree weather. The Energy Company (Duke) said it was not an issue with them so it must be an issue in our home. We started calling numerous electric repair companies with little or no hope that anyone could get to us anytime soon. Technician called prior to appointment to let me know when to expect him and was on time getting here. He was professional and courteous and communicated effectively. He completed the routine maintenance on our unit and cleaned it. He found and took care of the bad starter and replaced it. We are very happy with Bryant HVAC and Electric and will definitely use them again in the future.
