Don't always believe what you hear on TV. Had a unit put in 4 years ago. It was damaged during that massive snowstorm. Bryant was paid off for that unit but wouldn't help fix this unit. With how much was paid should have still been covered but it wasn't. They wanted the full amount again and it would have been used. Please don't believe everything you hear. Just about the money and not the people who have already invested in your company.

I purchased a Carrier heating/cooling unit in 2020. 10 year warranty. Bryant installed. Motor died. Bryant came and assessed. I was told that if another company performed the repair, it would VOID MY WARRANTY. What they did not say, was that it would VOID a Bryant warranty (for labor, which they say had expired). I could have had another company complete the Warranty work since my Warranty was through Carrier not Bryant. DAVID FOSTER, GM, was rude, lied about the above and the cost. If you have a labor warranty and use another company, it could void that labor warranty, but the parts warranty is through Carrier and would not be voided.
